Teen Tech LIVE 6.0 – Updated Terms of Service

1. Event Overview

Teen Tech LIVE 6.0 is a virtual, career-focused educational experience held on Friday, December 12, 2025, designed for students in Grades 5–12. Each registration provides access exclusively to the school that completes payment through Stripe Checkout.

2. Payment & Registration Flow

Payment must be submitted via Stripe Checkout using credit card, ACH, or other accepted methods. After payment, the purchasing school will receive a registration form to confirm educator contact details and finalize access. Access is non-transferable and may not be shared with other schools, districts, or external organizations.

3. Pricing & Access

Early Bird pricing is available through Friday, August 22, 2025, at $799 per school. Each paid registration grants unlimited student access for the purchasing school only. Event links and materials will be sent to one designated staff member during event week.

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

All sales are final. No refunds will be issued once payment is processed.

5. Content Access & Usage

Only the school that completes payment is authorized to access Teen Tech LIVE 6.0. The designated educator may share the live event link internally with classrooms and students at their school. Schools may not share the event link with other schools, districts, or third parties under any circumstances. Recording, redistribution, or commercial use of event content is not permitted without written consent.

6. Privacy, Data Use & Prize Eligibility

We collect educator and school contact details to deliver event materials and updates.

During the live event, students may voluntarily submit information to enter prize drawings. The data collected includes:

  • Student Name

  • School

  • City/State

  • Grade

  • Teacher Name + Email

This data is used only to identify and contact prize winners. It is never sold, shared with third parties, or used for marketing. See our Privacy Policy for details on how this information is protected.
