TEEN TECH LIVE
A quick look at last year’s national event.
Schools are facing many challenges in today's world. From tight budgets, attendance issues, and even disengaged students. On top of that, they're responsible for preparing students for a future shaped by tech & AI. With so much on their plate, it can be hard for staff to find the time and support to give students everything they need.
What if there was a way to
help students prep for the future
— without adding more work for teachers —
and in a way students actually enjoy?
What is TEEN TECH LIVE?

What Educators and Students Are Saying
"I liked how it was immersive and engaging for students. It didn’t feel like a boring lesson or something that I was forced to learn. It was fun, enjoyable and I would definitely participate in it again."
— Reaiah (10th Grade)
"The idea that a teen like myself can engage with technology, and be innovative - that was cool! There’s unlimited opportunities in technology!"
— Sebastian (12th Grade)
"I love the variety of guest speakers that show different career paths.
Kids love seeing peers like themselves take the lead and inspire others. Ian and his co-host bring great energy—cracking jokes and having a blast with every guest they interview."
— Mr. Shear
St. Louis High School Teacher
"My students who attended are in 6th-8th grade. I streamed it live via Google Meet to all of the classrooms to join. They played along with Ian in Microsoft Arcade MakeCode.
Looking forward to next year. I dream of my students being as active in this space as you are because they are really smart but have a hard time seeing successful pathway out of current situations."
— Ms. Mallory
Chicago Middle School Teacher
